BEFORE WE GET STARTED

A FEW
ANSWERS.

Can an old deck be repaired instead of replaced?

Sometimes. The condition of the framing, connections, footings, and decking needs to be assessed in person. Surface wear alone doesn’t tell the whole story. A site visit helps establish a sensible scope.

What should I have ready for the first conversation?

A few photos, your general location, rough dimensions, and what you’d like to change are a useful start. Inspiration images and an approximate budget can help shape the conversation.

Can I choose the materials and railing style?

The concept shows warm timber and black railings. Your project can begin with a discussion of appearance, upkeep, availability, and budget. Specific products and installation options need confirmation with Joe.

Is the deck shown here one of Joe’s projects?

The interactive deck rebuild and comparison are original 3D concepts created for this website. The shelving photograph is sourced from Joe’s Facebook profile. Completed deck projects can replace the concepts once supplied and approved.
